Terms of Service

Last updated: DRAFT, 21 October 2026

Draft: not yet approved

This text is a draft for J&M Productions LTD (or its lawyer) to read and sign off. It is not in force until this box is removed. Points to check:

  1. Section 5: the 14-day cancellation right for Premium. Choose option A (digital content: the right ends once Premium starts, after a ticked consent box) or option B (a service: a refund minus the part used), as LEGAL_DRAFT_SUBSCRIPTIONS.md section 3 sets out. Until a consent box is built, the text below gives the full 14-day refund.
  2. Section 5: whether the prices include VAT (are you VAT registered?), the 30 days of notice before a price change, and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 subscription rules (reminders, renewal cooling-off, easy cancelling) on the launch date.
  3. Section 7: the model ownership and licence clause, which the ownership stamp in every new model file points at (https://pixelblockerplus.com/terms).
  4. Sections 9, 10 and 11: the liability cap (the greater of what you paid in 12 months or £50, as on pixelblocker.app), the change-of-features wording and suspension for a breach, against the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  5. The company details: J&M Productions LTD, registered in England and Wales. Add the company number and registered office if you want them shown.

Plain English: PixelBlocker+ is for adults who choose to restrict what they see on their own screen, alone or with a partner who has agreed to it. Detection runs on your own device. A licence key is a one-time payment; PixelBlocker+ Premium is an optional subscription on your account. The models inside the apps belong to J&M Productions LTD: you may use them only inside our apps. UK law applies because we are a UK company.

1. Who we are, and these Terms

PixelBlocker+ is published by J&M Productions LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). These Terms cover the PixelBlocker+ desktop app (the Sub app), PixelBlocker+ Dom, PixelBlocker+ for Android, the PixelBlocker+ browser extension (PixelBlocker+ for Chrome), the web Dom page on pixelblockerplus.com, and your PixelBlocker+ account (together, “the App”). By installing the App, creating an account, buying a licence key or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

PixelBlocker+ used to be called GoonerLock. Licence keys and accounts bought under that name carry on under these Terms from the date shown above; the terms in force when you bought still apply to that purchase where they give you more.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, and an adult where you live, to use the App. It is made for an adult audience and uses adult terms and features.

3. What the App does

The App helps you restrict your own access to chosen content on your own screen, for a session you choose. It also lets two adults who have paired with each other coordinate a session (a Dom and a Sub).

  • Sub side. The Sub app and the browser extension look at your screen or the page you are viewing on your own device, find the content you chose to cover, and draw a censor over it. Your screen and page content are not sent to us, to your Dom or to anyone else.
  • Dom side. PixelBlocker+ Dom and the web Dom page set session settings (such as the length, the censor style and any optional feature both of you agreed to) for a paired Sub. They cannot see the Sub’s screen.
  • Optional features. Toys, game challenges, audio packs, chastity locks and similar features are opt-in. You are responsible for any hardware and third-party accounts they need.

4. Consent and acceptable use

You agree that:

  • you use the Sub app and the extension only on a device and screen you own or are allowed to use;
  • every Dom and Sub pairing you take part in is between consenting adults who agreed to it in advance, and either of you can end the pairing;
  • you will not use the App to coerce, deceive, watch or harass anyone, or to get round another service’s terms;
  • you will not use the App for anything unlawful where you live.

5. Buying: licence keys and PixelBlocker+ Premium

Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Your bank statement shows a neutral descriptor, not the product name.

Licence keys. A licence key is a one-time payment for the Sub app, with lifetime updates. A Single key runs on one device at a time; a Bundle key runs on one computer and one phone. To move a key, enter it on the new device and the old one stops. A key can move 3 times in 30 days; after that, ask us and we will reset it.

PixelBlocker+ Premium. Premium is a subscription on your PixelBlocker+ account, not a key. It covers the browser extension in one browser, and in the app Media Studio, Broadcast and keyholder locks on one computer and keyholder locks on one phone, one of each at a time. Signing in on another browser, computer or phone moves Premium there; each can move once every 30 days. Premium does not unlock the Sub app, which needs its own licence key. A Dom never needs Premium, and self-locks are free.

  • Renewal. Premium is paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically with the same payment method until you cancel. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time on the Manage subscription page at pixelblockerplus.com/manage, or by asking us (section 15). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops.
  • Your first 14 days. You can cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again, and Premium stays on for up to 7 days after the end of the period you paid for. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and Premium stops.
  • Refunds and disputes. A refund or a payment dispute ends Premium on your account and cancels the subscription at once.
  • Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. It starts from your first renewal after that notice; cancel before then if you do not want it.
  • After Premium ends. Premium features stop on every device on your account. Your account stays, and a session that is already running is not ended because a subscription ends.

Our Refund Policy sets out refunds for licence keys and for Premium.

6. Your licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not:

  • share, resell, sublicense or publish your licence key or your account;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law does not allow us to forbid it;
  • modify, redistribute, sublicense or sell the App;
  • get round the licence, account or seat checks.

7. Who owns the models, and your licence to them

The App contains machine learning models (detection, tracking and segmentation models and their weights) and the datasets and annotations used to train them. They are owned by J&M Productions LTD and are its proprietary work, protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property laws. Each model file carries an ownership stamp that names J&M Productions LTD and points to this page.

Your only right in the models is to run them inside the App, as the App runs them, under the licence in section 6. You may not extract, copy or reuse a model or its weights, in whole or in part, for any purpose. That includes converting a model to another format, fine-tuning or retraining it, using its outputs to train or evaluate another model, removing or changing its ownership stamp, and putting a model or anything made from it into any other product or service. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the models to you.

8. Other intellectual property

The App, its source code, audio and image assets, the PixelBlocker+ name and logos, and its documentation are owned by J&M Productions LTD. You get only the licences in sections 6 and 7.

9. Detection is not perfect

The App uses machine learning and will not catch everything. Some content you wanted covered will be missed, and some innocent content will be covered. Do not rely on the App as your only safeguard if seeing such content would harm you.

10. Updates and changes

We release updates that may add, change or remove features. If we take away something important that Premium covers, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.

11. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your licence key, your account or your Premium if you seriously breach these Terms (for example section 4), abuse the support process or try to get round the licence checks. If we do, you are not entitled to a refund except where the law or our Refund Policy gives you one.

12. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the App or these Terms is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and £50. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

14. Third-party services, governing law and changes

The App relies on third-party services (payments, hosting, the pairing relay, optional toy and game integrations), which have their own terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, except where the law where you live as a consumer lets you bring a claim there. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we announce material changes in our Discord and, for Premium subscribers, by email.
